Welcome to Our
4th of July Celebration!
Pottstown, PA is the birthplace of the Golden
Gate Bridge, Mrs. Smith's Pies and the home of the largest July 4th
festival in three counties. Celebrate 31 years, and see what we have in
store for 2009.
Parade!
Hot Air Balloons!
Music!
Fireworks!
Our Goal for 2009 is to raise $40,000 for the celebration.
We are offering a variety of opportunities for you to help us. We are again
offering the very popular “Pottstown July 4th” Hats, and the
Fourth of July Daily Number Calendars. You may download a Hat order form
and a SAMPLE calendar by clicking HERE.
Help
us to achieve our goal of placing 5,000 United States of America flags on
the 7 acre island of Memorial Park. The Field of Flags for Freedom is intended
to create a solemn venue for all visitors to pledge allegiance - while
remembering and paying homage in honor of and in memory of the men and
women of service who place/have placed themselves in harms way,
…all in the name of liberty,
justice and freedom for all.
